Aavin premium curd is prepared by carefully standardizing milk solids, adding active culture at 45⁰C and incubating at 42-45⁰C which is reformed to curd after four hours of setting time, after which thick and delicious curd is obtained that comes in variants of 200g, 400g, and 1Kg.
