Aavin Mysore pa is prepared by dissolving sugar in water, blending gram flour & skimmed milk powder with ghee and allowing thickening, the contents are then spread in tray for cooling which is then cut to 250 g and 500g with shelf life of 12 days.
Cane sugar, ghee, Bengal gram flour, Skimmed milk powder.
Shelf life of 12 days, stored under ambient conditions.
